We encourage guests to stay two weeks or more and even offer discounts for it: 20% off at 14+ nights and 40% off at 30+ nights, making Amplitude a great option for monthly rentals in Puerto Escondido. A longer stay allows you to get the full Amplitude experience — settling into a work routine, joining the community events, and really getting to know the house. Shorter stays (from 2 nights) are possible too.

Every room comes with a dedicated desk, ensuite bathroom, AC, hot water, king or queen bed, and access to the coworking lounge, shared kitchen, pool, and 3–4 community events every week.

The property runs fiber and Starlink together with automatic load balancing, and the internet has its own battery backup so it stays up through power outages. Amplitude has 13 rooms across six types in La Punta, Puerto Escondido. The nine standard rooms are private rooms, each with its own private bathroom, and accommodate up to 2 guests. The four loft apartments are Amplitude's flagship rooms — their large 4.5-meter arched windows make up the building's signature facade. The lofts feel open and airy, with a private kitchenette and living area. Four and a half meters of window fill the room with light, and there's space to cook, work, and properly unwind.

Yes — the spacious shared kitchen is available to all guests, fully equipped with two 4-burner gas stoves, stainless steel pots and pans, a blender, microwave, and free coffee. For those who prefer their own space, the loft apartments have private kitchenettes with a 2-burner electric stove, mini fridge, and coffee maker.

King rooms and queen rooms sleep up to 2 guests. Loft suites sleep up to 3 (king bed + sofa bed). All rooms are adults-only (18+).
